For owner-occupied homes, we offer the following consultation options:
1. Walk & Talk Consultation — $250
A guided, room-by-room walkthrough with the homeowner, providing verbal recommendations on furniture placement, styling, decluttering, and presentation to prepare the home for the market.
2. Hands-On Consultation — Hourly
A working session where Rima actively stages using the homeowner’s existing furniture and décor. This option is ideal for sellers who want immediate, tangible results.

3. Walk & Talk Consultation with Written Report — $300
Includes a detailed walkthrough plus a written staging report outlining clear, actionable recommendations the homeowner can follow at their own pace.
